As a full-time BC Partnership Manager, you'll report to the Director of Partnerships based in Ontario, enhancing financial support and relationships with current and prospective donors. The ideal candidate thrives on creating a portfolio of contacts while embodying the values of MAF Canada. Your efforts will directly contribute to urgent humanitarian needs through aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish a high visibility network with donors
• Implement tailored donor development strategies
• Research major gift prospects and strategize engagements
• Coordinate donor appreciation and recognition
• Manage donor interactions in the system accurately
Requirements:
• Minimum five years in fundraising or business development
• Clear criminal record and vulnerable sector check
• Valid driver’s license and personal transportation
• Willingness to travel domestically
• Adherence to MAF Canada’s principles
