As a pivotal member of SANQC, you'll coordinate organizational volunteer efforts that enrich the student experience and build leadership skills. This full-time role involves recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers, alongside guiding student club leaders to enhance participation. Your contributions will help create meaningful connections and opportunities within the campus community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate SANQC’s volunteer program to ensure active participation
• Recruit and train volunteers throughout the year
• Support student clubs with resources and guidance
• Organize workshops focused on leadership development
• Collaborate with campus partners to promote engagement
Requirements:
• Diploma in relevant field or equivalent experience
• Over 3 years in volunteer or community programming
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with office software tools
