Lead daycare program delivery and staff supervision in English at a physical location, using planning and conflict-resolution skills.
This Daycare Director position requires two to less than three years of experience. The role involves evaluating and organizing social and community service programs, while directing professional and non-professional staff. You will also support policy development through reports and briefs.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate social and community service program delivery
- Plan and organize daycare program delivery
- Hire and train professional and non-professional staff
- Direct and advise supervised staff
- Prepare reports and briefs for committees
- College or CEGEP education, or equivalent experience
- Two to less than three years of experience
- English-language workplace communication
- Ability to supervise five to ten people
- Ability to work under pressure onsite
