Be a part of Drayton Valley Hospital and Care Centre as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide quality care in a team-focused environment.

In this position, you will deliver care to emergency and acute care patients in a 30-bed unit. As a collaborative team member, you'll work alongside healthcare professionals, ensuring that all patient needs are met. Utilizing your nursing skills, you'll be involved in every stage of patient care, from assessment to evaluation, while maintaining open communication.

• Deliver patient-centered care in a supportive team

• Assess and plan care with a focus on quality

• Implement care plans to meet individual needs

• Engage in continuous professional development

Requirements:

• Completion of a recognized practical nurse program

• Active registration with the CLHA

• Current BCLS certification required

• IV proficiency and trauma training preferred

• Competence in rural acute care practices is beneficial
