Join Alberta Health Services as a Registered Nurse, specializing in Hemodialysis. Deliver high-quality patient care for renal patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. As a Registered Nurse (RN) within the Norwood Hemodialysis Unit, you will provide comprehensive nursing services, ensuring the well‑being of both patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Hemodialysis treatments under clinical policies
- Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient well‑being
- Lead patient care initiatives and support staff
- Utilize critical thinking in patient assessments and planning
- Advocate for patients and educate families on health matters
- Accredited nursing education program completion
- Registration eligibility with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Must have current hemodialysis training
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and perform fine motor skills
