As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Age Care, you will deliver patient-centered nursing care while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.
Your role includes conducting resident assessments, implementing care plans, and providing medications—all while ensuring the dignity and well-being of residents. This position offers a chance to grow your nursing career in a supportive environment focused on quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct resident assessments and develop care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing care plans as needed
• Manage medications and treatments following standards
• Educate residents and families on health conditions
• Address resident concerns promptly and effectively
Requirements:
• Current registration as an LPN in British Columbia
• Experience in senior care or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Willingness to obtain Vulnerable Sector Check
