Villa Caritas in west Edmonton is seeking ten Temporary Full time Transitional Graduate Nurses. In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care under supervision, adapting communication to support patient-centered approaches. Your responsibilities include conducting holistic assessments and developing care plans tailored to individuals’ needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care as a Transitional Graduate Nurse
- Conduct holistic assessments and implement care plans
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care with diverse health settings
- Support health system improvements through effective teamwork
- Adhere to legislative and ethical practices in nursing
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Active or eligible for CRNA registration
- Current BCLS HCP certification
- Solid assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and conflicts effectively
