Your role involves working closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure optimal care and rehabilitation efforts for residents. With strong clinical skills, you will contribute significantly to their health and happiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents and develop personalized care plans
• Implement nursing interventions based on assessments
• Engage in quality management and customer feedback practices
• Lead teamwork and strong communication in care settings
• Mentor junior staff and facilitate clinical discussions
Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse in Alberta
• BScN and Gerontology certificate preferred
• Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certifications
• Relevant experience with elderly and disabled populations
• Criminal Records Check and tuberculosis screening required
