Bayshore Health Care is a recognized leader in healthcare services, currently hiring for casual Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). You will work evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, along with required weekend rotations.
Your role will involve delivering high-quality, personalized nursing care, ensuring that each client feels valued and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality personalized care to clients
• Establish rapport and trust with patients
• Use mobile technology for effective communication
• Assist in the emotional and physical well-being of clients
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes
Requirements:
• Graduate from an approved School of Nursing
• LPN registration in good standing
• Valid CPR certification required
• Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Proficient in English;
French considered an asset
