Position: Emergency Department RN - Full-Time Nights
Location: Leduc

As a Full-Time Night RN, you are responsible for patient care delivery through comprehensive nursing assessments and planning. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination and desired patient outcomes. This position requires a proactive approach and a preference for candidates with substantial experience in acute care settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose patient health needs effectively

• Plan and implement individualized patient care strategies

• Coordinate nursing activities with other healthcare providers

• Monitor patient statuses and adjust care as needed

• Evaluate outcomes and maintain high care standards

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program

• Preferred: B.S. from an accredited RN program

• At least 3 years of RN experience in an acute setting

• Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills
