As a Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse, you will be an integral part of our clinical care team. Reporting to the Director of Care, you will ensure that residents receive comprehensive assessments and continuous care. A background in gerontology and familiarity with RAI MDS is crucial, along with effective leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and communicate resident care effectively
• Conduct assessments and implement care strategies
• Monitor ongoing care and quality improvements
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements:
• Current registration with a Nursing College in Alberta
• Leadership capabilities in geriatric settings
• Knowledge of RAI MDS standards
• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check
• Commitment to fostering a positive care environment
