As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Park Place, you'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centred nursing care. This role emphasizes critical thinking, effective communication, and strong problem-solving skills to address residents' healthcare needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess healthcare needs of residents using the nursing process
• Apply critical thinking in patient care and problem solving
• Prioritize and manage care based on individual needs
• Establish therapeutic relationships with residents and families
• Document care clearly in residents' electronic health record
Requirements:
• Graduate from an LPN or RPN program or equivalent
• Minimum one year of relevant nursing experience
• Valid license from relevant provincial college
• First aid certification as required
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
