Position: Primary Care LPN O-day’ min
Contribute to patient-centered care as a Primary Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with the Edmonton O-day’ min Primary Care Network. This permanent, full-time role offers a supportive environment for nursing professionals.

The EOPCN is seeking a skilled LPN to join their multidisciplinary team in delivering comprehensive care to patients from prenatal to elderly. With a focus on health assessments and practical nursing support, you will perform critical clinical procedures and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Your experience will help improve health outcomes while providing essential navigation support in the healthcare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct health assessments and document patient information

• Utilize critical thinking for nursing interventions

• Perform clinical procedures such as wound care and immunizations

• Prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies

• Assist and support physicians during procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in primary care

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program

• Current CPR and Immunization Certifications

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Reliable transportation for various clinic locations
