As a Public Health Nurse, you will deliver vital healthcare services in various programs, including Well Child Clinic and Healthy Young Families. Your responsibilities encompass antenatal care, health assessments, immunizations, health promotion, and teaching. Collaborating with community agencies, you ensure clients receive comprehensive care through effective referrals and advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver antenatal and postnatal healthcare services
• Conduct health assessments and screenings for families

Requirements:
• Completed accredited nursing education program
• Active registration with the CRNA required
