Deliver essential nursing care as a Team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse, focusing on patient needs and team dynamics. Strengthen the Health Care Aide team through leadership. - Supervise routine and restricted nursing activities
- Engage in problem‑solving and critical thinking for patient needs
- Collaborate with team members for comprehensive care
- Handle additional nursing responsibilities as required
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse program
- Active CLPNA registration mandatory
- At least 2 years nursing experience preferred
- Competency in computerized health information systems
- Understanding of nursing standards and protected practices
