Location: Wetaskiwin
Become a Permanent Instructor for the Practical Nurse Program at Nor Quest College in Wetaskiwin. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive nursing education through both in-person and online formats.
Working within the Faculty of Health Studies, you'll implement effective teaching methods and adapt materials to ensure student success. You'll also provide clinical supervision and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that values diversity and equity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct theory, lab, and clinical instruction for nursing students
• Adapt and develop instructional methods to meet diverse needs
• Oversee student performance and provide formative assessments
• Cultivate a supportive and inclusive learning environment
• Collaborate on curriculum design and clinical instruction
Requirements:
• Nursing bachelor’s degree or related health field
• CRNA or CLPNA registration required
• At least 5 years of clinical experience in nursing
• Previous teaching background preferred
• Current certifications and a clear police record
