Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination of resident nursing services

• Conduct team shift reports involving resident updates

• Record and document changes in resident health

• Review and fulfill physician orders efficiently

• Promote a culture of health and safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is essential

• Familiarity with long-term care legislation and practices

• Registration in good standing with province

• Previous experience in rehabilitation or long-term care nursing

• Dedication to resident safety and ethical care
