We are offering a $20,000 USD retention bonus (every 3 months you will receive an additional check for $2,500).
$2,500 for relocation reimbursement.
Hourly rates of $39 to $50 CAD per hour.
No cap on pay rates and every summer we do performance/payroll reviews.
EB-3 green card sponsorship starts after 90 days of working and a $20,000 USD bonus.
