At Age Care, the LPN role is essential for delivering compassionate and comprehensive care in a vibrant community setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, conduct assessments, and administer treatments. This position emphasizes the importance of resident dignity and well-being, allowing you to make a real difference in seniors' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate resident assessments and documentation
• Educate families about health conditions and care
• Manage medications safely according to policies
• Respond to resident needs and medical emergencies
Requirements:
• Registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Alberta
• Preferred experience in long-term care or rehabilitation
• Excellent communication and critical thinking abilities
• Willingness to complete a VA check
• Current certification in CPR and First Aid
