Join the team as a Nurse Practitioner at the Eastern Urban Zone's Urgent Care Clinic. This part-time position offers opportunities to impact patient health across various sites.
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will deliver essential health services, engaging in assessments and managing a wide range of medical conditions for families and individuals of all ages. The role necessitates strong clinical reasoning and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team. You will have a mix of day, evening, and weekend shifts to accommodate patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive health assessments for all ages
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions
• Conduct necessary follow-ups and patient care planning
• Work collaboratively within the healthcare team
• Document patient interactions and maintain records meticulously
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Registration and licensure with NLCN
• At least five years of nursing experience, including NP role
• Valid BCLS Certification
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
