Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust resident service plans with the team

• Maintain accurate records of resident health conditions

• Provide direct nursing care and educate residents

• Assist physicians during examinations and treatments

• Report equipment malfunctions and clinical supply needs

Requirements:

• Graduate from an approved nursing school

• Valid practice license from AB nursing authorities

• Experience in residential care or mental health

• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Strong organizational and communication skills
