Become a Clinical Trials Coordinator with the University of Alberta’s Edmonton TB Clinic, contributing to impactful tuberculosis research. This in-person role supports clinical studies through participant recruitment and regulatory compliance.
The University of Alberta is seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Trials Coordinator for a one-year term at its North Campus in Edmonton. You will oversee daily trial management, collaborate with the Principal Investigator, and ensure protocol compliance. The role entails managing multiple studies and maintaining quality assurance standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the execution and close-out of clinical trials
• Develop operational plans in collaboration with the site investigator
• Monitor timelines and deliverables for cost-effective completion
• Ensure adherence to study protocols and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate study documentation for audit purposes
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Current registration with CARNA
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• At least one year of clinical research experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
