As an Instructor, you will lead in planning, implementing, and evaluating essential education for nursing staff. This full-time role emphasizes orientation, ongoing education, and clinical development, ensuring that high standards of practice and patient-centered care are upheld at Westview Health Centre. Your expertise will contribute to a collaborative educational approach that meets the needs of both staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate nursing education programs
• Implement orientation and continuing education courses
• Evaluate effectiveness of educational initiatives
• Collaborate with internal partners and management
• Promote patient-centered care values
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education program completion
• Registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• CNE experience preferred
• Emergency Room experience beneficial
