Elevate patient care as a Registered Nurse with Covenant Health at Misericordia Community Hospital. In this part-time role, you'll be integral to assessments, treatments, and care coordination.

This Registered Nurse (RN) position requires active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta. You'll collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to advocate for patients and drive treatment progress. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, patient education, and leadership in charge nurse capacity as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments and document treatment progress

• Implement care plans and administer prescribed medications

• Facilitate patient education and discharge planning

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care

• Act as charge nurse when required

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized Registered Nurse program

• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta

• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification

• 6 months of acute medicine experience required

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
