In this role, you will fully engage in the LPN practice, contributing to comprehensive health care delivery. Your experience in acute care medicine and communication skills will be pivotal in supporting patients and their families. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver quality care and support to patients
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary health care team
• Lead effectively within scope of LPN practice

Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
• Valid registration with CLPNA required
• BLS Healthcare Provider Level C certification
• Minimum of 6 months acute medicine experience
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
