We are hiring a Staff Nurse who is caring and qualified as RGN or RMN to join our nursing home. You'll be responsible for providing tailored care to elderly residents, administering medication, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safety and well-being. Strong leadership skills are essential as you will supervise other nursing personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide hands-on care and medicate residents
• Develop individualized care plans for residents
• Oversee care assistants and nursing staff
• Ensure policies for person-centered care are followed
• Update care plans and manage emergency situations
Requirements:
• NMC registration as RGN or RMN
• 1-2 years’ nursing home experience required
• Excellent interpersonal skills for teamwork
• Caring and compassionate nature towards residents
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
