Position: Optima Living Licensed Practical Nurse Role
Become a Licensed Practical Nurse with Optima Living in Red Deer County, providing compassionate and high-quality care to residents. This role promotes a supportive and safe living environment.

Your focus will be on creating and implementing personalized care plans, ensuring the health and dignity of each resident. You will also handle medication administration and engage in meaningful communication with families and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in resident care plan development

• Document healthcare needs and conditions accurately

• Administer medications and educate residents on health matters

• Assist physicians during diagnostic tests and treatments

• Mentor and guide Health Care Aides in best practices

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program

• Valid LPN license in Alberta

• Experience in a similar care environment is an asset

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Flexibility to work various shifts
