Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its dedicated Home Living team. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary health-care team, focusing on assessing client needs, delivering quality nursing services, and case management. You'll play a pivotal role in creating care plans, guiding clinical decisions, and mentoring students within a diverse healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client health needs and devise care plans
• Provide therapeutic nursing services within standards
• Consult with healthcare teams on client cases
• Mentor students and assist in staff development
• Coordinate resources and evaluate care outcomes
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Active registration with College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Two years of recent nursing experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
