Join the Home Living team at Assisted Living Alberta as a Registered Nurse. This role involves providing therapeutic nursing services, conducting assessments, and coordinating client resources. You will directly ensure quality care for clients of all ages, emphasizing critical thinking and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess client needs and establish care goals
• Deliver therapeutic nursing interventions based on evidence
• Coordinate resources for effective client care
• Manage cases and provide direct client support
• Act as a consultant to team members on nursing cases
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited nursing education program
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform in diverse home environments
