LPN Position at Foot & Lower Leg Clinic

EOPCN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support its Foot & Lower Leg Clinic. This full-time position demands expertise in footcare nursing and patient assessment within a dynamic healthcare team.

In this role, you will utilize your Advanced Foot Care certification to provide comprehensive foot and lower leg assessments, ensuring each patient receives tailored, evidence-based interventions. You will actively participate in ongoing professional development to maintain high standards of practice and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute clinical procedures related to footcare

• Assess patients’ health and functional status

• Plan and evaluate nursing interventions

• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR

• Monitor and document changes in patient status

Requirements:

• Approved LPN program graduate

• Certification in Advanced Footcare practice

• Registered with CLPNA

• Experience with electronic medical records

• Physical capability for clinic duties
