As an LPN at Radius, you will operate within a multidisciplinary team, providing essential nursing services. Engage closely with clients to assess and address their health and social needs, while applying a trauma-informed approach. Your work includes various programs such as the Respite to Recovery (R2R) and Supervised Consumption Site, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care including assessments and wound care
• Engage clients for effective advocacy and support
• Administer medications and manage appointments
• Collaborate within a diverse healthcare team
• Participate in overdose prevention and response initiatives
Requirements:
• Active registration with the CLHA
• Experience with marginalized populations
• Trauma-informed care knowledge
• Strong problem-solving skills
• CPR and police checks must be current
