Position Overview We are hiring Registered Health Care Aides to work in the West side communities Monday‑Friday and alternate weekends. Shifts are Monday‑Friday 7:00‑13:00 and 15:00‑22:00, with flexible working hours and competitive wages.
Requirements Registration with the CLHA.
Clear Vulnerable Sector screening within the last 6 months.
Valid Class5 driver’s license and vehicle.
Education Health Care Aide diploma or equivalent (evidence required).
Attributes Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
French proficiency required for positions located within Quebec or where French language is a service requirement.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable vehicle.
Additional Requirements for Successful Candidates Two supervisory references.
Clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening.
Proof of negative TB test.
