Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned, patient-oriented nursing care that meets standards

• Maintain effective communication with residents and care teams

• Evaluate ongoing care plans and adapt as necessary

• Teach and provide guidance to unregulated care providers

• Complete necessary clinical assessments and documentation

Requirements:

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse

• Experience in senior care preferred

• Strong critical thinking and communication skills

• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
