In this role, you will report to the Director of Care, focusing on delivering direct resident care, medication administration, and ensuring adherence to health standards. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating individualized care with a strong emphasis on education and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute resident care assessments and service plans
• Oversee medication administration compliance
• Facilitate resident/family education sessions
• Supervise Unregulated Care Providers and delegate duties
• Participate in care conferences and documentation
Requirements:
• Active Registered Nurse license in British Columbia
• Experience working with seniors in care settings
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Competence in care coordination and time management
• Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening certification
