Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough virtual assessments for menopause
• Provide ongoing follow-ups and continuity of care
• Develop personalized treatment plans matched to patient needs
• Manage hormone therapies and advise on health strategies
• Collaborate with physician team for complex cases
Requirements:
• Alberta Nurse Practitioner registration required
• Proficiency in telehealth and virtual platforms
• Strong communication and patient-focused approach
• Familiarity with EMR systems or eagerness to Learn
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
