As a Nurse Practitioner reporting to the Senior Director or Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing health conditions and managing patient care within your scope of practice. Your expertise will include ordering diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and performing necessary procedures. Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team enhances the patient care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and manage complex health conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe pharmaceuticals and therapies
• Perform medical procedures and interventions
• Support health promotion and illness prevention initiatives
Requirements:
• Master’s level Nurse Practitioner program completed
• Recent clinical expertise in relevant practice area
• Eligibility for CRNA licensure as a Nurse Practitioner
• Strong communication skills working with patients and families
• 3-5 years NP experience in continuing care preferred
