In this regular full-time position, you will utilize critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills to serve diverse patient populations. As a leader, you will support an integrated approach to health promotion and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include teaching, counseling, and advocating for patients and their families in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team in home care services
• Deliver holistic nursing services and care
• Utilize critical thinking for patient assessments
• Advocate for patient and family needs
• Coordinate health promotion strategies
Requirements:
• Accredited nursing education completion
• Active registration with CRNA required
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Completion of additional courses if applicable
• Driver's License and vehicle required
