Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations for residents

• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members

• Serve as a mentor for LPNs and Resident Assistants

• Uphold residents’ dignity and promote individuality

• Adhere to Covenant Care’s mission and policies

Requirements:

• Nursing degree from an accredited institution;
Baccalaureate preferred

• Valid CARNA Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum one year in a Hospice environment

• Current CPR/First Aid certification

• Strong assessment and time management skills
