This role requires accountability in providing safe nursing care, focusing on the needs of residents with mental health challenges. Candidates will be part of an interdisciplinary team, responsible for assessments, care planning, and implementation. Your expertise will help ensure continuous and effective resident care while maintaining high professional standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing nursing assessments for residents
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Implement evidence-based nursing interventions
• Monitor and document residents' health status
• Lead and mentor Health Care Aides during shifts
Requirements:
• Graduate from a recognized LPN program
• Two years’ experience in mental health preferred
• Current CLPNA registration and BLS certification
• Skills in communication and critical thinking
• Criminal police investigation check needed
