Orthopaedic Registered Nurse at Covenant Health

Enhance patient care as a Registered Nurse in Orthopaedics at Covenant Health, Misericordia Community Hospital. Assist in assessments, care planning, and medication administration while advocating for patients and families.

This role requires a graduate of an RN program with active CRNA registration and recent adult acute inpatient experience. As a critical part of the multidisciplinary team, you will prioritize patient needs, facilitate education, and manage discharge planning for optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct nursing assessments and interventions

• Administer medications and evaluate treatments

• Facilitate patient education and discharge planning

• Advocate for patient needs as a charge nurse when required

• Document treatment progress and patient responses

Requirements:

• Graduate of a recognized RN program

• Active registration with CRNA

• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Level C

• 1 year recent adult acute inpatient experience

• Proven skills in assessment and problem-solving
