The GNTPP is designed for recent nursing graduates ready to develop their skills. This program spans 12 months with two phases, starting with Enhanced Orientation paired with a Clinical Guide, followed by Independent Practice supported by a mentor. You will gain comprehensive nursing experience focusing on patient safety and care through critical thinking and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing services to patients and families
• Utilize critical thinking for patient care decisions
• Lead health promotion and maintenance initiatives
• Advocate for patients and their families
• Ensure quality and safe patient-centered care
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active or eligible registration with CRNA
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Recent nursing graduates are preferred
• Ability to assist with patient mobility and care
