In this vital role, you will bridge communication between management, residents, and families while delivering skilled nursing care. Your experience with dementia care will enhance the quality of life for residents, and your compassionate approach will be key in this person-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate effectively with management, residents, and families
• Monitor health conditions and provide personalized care
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
• Deliver expert care to enrich residents' lives
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience with seniors
• Proven skills in dementia care and interpersonal relations
• Accredited Licensed Practical Nurse education completed
• Active or eligible provincial practice permit
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
