Enhance community health as a Registered Nurse with Assisted Living Alberta. This role involves providing critical nursing care in supportive living environments in Edmonton while ensuring client safety and well-being.
The Registered Nurse Direct position in Facility Living focuses on delivering therapeutic nursing services, coordinating resources, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will work within a self-directed team, employing assessment and clinical expertise to meet the unique needs of residents. This role requires collaboration with clients and other team members to create tailored care plans that address nursing needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents' needs and develop tailored care plans
• Deliver evidence-based nursing services in supportive living
• Collaborate with team members and consult on complex cases
• Coordinate resources and establish goals for client care
• Evaluate outcomes and adjust care strategies as needed
Requirements:
• Graduation from an accredited nursing education program
• Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in diverse environments
