Position Summary:
The LPN Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the general well‑being of Residents through the delivery of high-quality services in a manner that is consistent with the policies, procedures and philosophies of Park Place Seniors Living Inc.
Provide basic assessment and treatments, personal care, medication administration, and delegated health services to Residents. Support and give direction to the Care Staff. Demonstrate support of Park Place policies and procedures and conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times.
Qualifications LPN registered with C.L.P.N.A. in good standing.
Valid CPR certification.
Clear criminal record and approved Vulnerable Sector security clearance (no more than 6 months old).
Physically fit to perform lifting and transferring and able to be on feet for long periods of time.
Appropriately dressed – nursing uniform.
Effective written and oral communication skills in English.
Capability to work independently and as part of the interdisciplinary team.
