Position: Field Nurse for Infusion Services
Make an impact as a Field Nurse at Amerisource Bergen in Edmonton and St. Albert. This role focuses on IV infusion treatments, patient education, and medication administration in home and clinic settings.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with over two years of experience, you'll administer medications and monitor treatments, fostering patient well-being in diverse environments. Collaboration is key as you liaise with case managers and healthcare teams, ensuring all administrative duties and care protocols are followed. Your ability to travel within the designated regions is essential to support patient appointments and enhance care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer IM, SC, and IV medications in various settings

• Monitor and report on IV infusion treatments

• Educate patients individually or in groups

• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for scheduling

• Perform monthly clinic audits and manage supplies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years as a Practical Nurse

• Current nursing registration and CPR certification

• Experience with IV therapy preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
