This temporary role will last approximately six months, requiring a commitment to serving patients during various shifts, including nights and weekends. Candidates must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess BCLS certification. Experience in emergency nursing and triage is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide essential care in emergency and inpatient situations
• Conduct patient monitoring and ECG interpretation
• Document clinical findings accurately
• Collaborate effectively within a healthcare team
• Apply critical thinking to prioritize patient needs
Requirements:
• Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination status
• Minimum 2-3 years medical nursing experience required
• Stellar communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Leadership skills and ongoing professional development
