Reporting to the Director of Care, the Registered Nurse will provide direct care to residents and oversee medication administration. You will be responsible for maintaining service plans, coordinating care, and leading nursing teams to ensure timely delivery of services. Key Responsibilities:
• Update resident care assessments and document effectively
• Participate in scheduling and facilitating care conferences
• Ensure safe administration of medications and oversight
• Lead care education for residents and families
• Delegate tasks effectively to unregulated care providers
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse certification in British Columbia
• Background in senior care and rehabilitation
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
• Profound clinical knowledge and delegation expertise
• Current Vulnerable Position Screening within 6 months
