Position: Licensed Practical Nurse for Infusion Care
Become a Licensed Practical Nurse for Infusion Care at Amerisource Bergen, serving patients in Edmonton and St. Albert. This role specializes in administrating IV therapies and enhancing patient experience through education.

With over two years of nursing experience, you will provide skilled medication administration, monitor treatment responses, and educate patients on their care plans.

Your role will include troubleshooting and reporting any adverse events, plus maintaining communication with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to meet care standards. Travel may be required to meet the operational needs of the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications in home or clinic settings

• Support and monitor IV infusions during treatments

• Educate patients per program protocols

• Coordinate schedules with care teams and patients

• Conduct necessary administrative tasks for clinic management

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Practical Nurse

• Current provincial nursing registration and CPR

• Knowledge of IV therapy is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
