Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care focused on family-centered practices

• Collaborate with a Clinical Guide for skills development

• Implement and coordinate care plans for patients

• Conduct holistic assessments and document findings

• Engage in continuous improvement and education initiatives

Requirements:

• Recently graduated from an accredited nursing program

• Active or eligible registration with CRNA

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification

• Strong communication and assessment abilities

• Flexibility to work varied shifts
