AHS is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse for Unit 201 at Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital. In this role, you will apply your critical thinking and assessment skills in providing high-quality, family-centered care. Your work will involve collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create individualized care plans for young patients recovering from brain and spinal cord injuries, along with orthopedic procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient conditions
• Implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Collaborate with families for comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure professionalism in all interactions
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited practical nurse program
• Active registration with CLHA
• Current BCLS-HCP certification
• Knowledge of child development health
• Minimum three years LPN experience preferred
